Professional Development

Teachers serving Emergent Bilingual students benefit from continued learning in the area of language development.  Students benefit from ESL support through out their school day and not only with their ELA / ESL teacher.  We provide training in ESL strategies that support English language development.   

Early - exit programs can be challenging with the fast pace of English language development.  We offer training that can benefit teachers working in this program.

Teachers serving Emergent Bilingual students through a one - way dual language program benefit from professional development in language development and program implementation.  We provide training in all aspects of the one - way dual language program.  

Teachers working with Emergent Bilingual students in this transitional model benefit from professional development in pacing and long-term language planning.  We offer training for language goals in this program.
